We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access courses for personal or business training as specified. You may not redistribute course materials without permission.

4. Payments and Refunds

• Prices are shown before tax unless stated otherwise.
• Refunds: self-paced within 7 days if under 20% viewed; live cohorts up to 72 hours before start.
• Chargebacks without contacting support may result in account suspension.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse our services.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Respect others in all community and live-session spaces.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trade names, and marks are owned by Silentbase Atelier or licensors. No rights are granted except as set forth herein.

7. Disclaimers — No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Results depend on your materials, process control, and testing. Courses are provided “as is” to help you develop skills and methods.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Silentbase Atelier harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or if required by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
